	write_apm_dbd
  PURPOSE: 
	produce a dbd file so that an apm database can be created
  CALLING SEQUENCE: 
	write_apm_dbd, db
  OPTIONAL INPUT KEYWORDS: 
	maxentries: maximum number of entries in the database. Default is 5000
  OUTPUTS: 
    	db: string, name of output database.
