NAME:    
	plot_z_flux
  PURPOSE: 
	plot 4 to 10 kev flux of xmm objects vs redshift of matched rosat ones
  CALLING SEQUENCE: 
	plot_z_flux,xmmdb,rosatdb[,outfile=outfile,offmax=offmax,$
	dmax=dmax,dmin=dmin]
  INPUTS: 
	xmmdb: name of xmm database to search
	rosatdb: "     rosat	"
  OPTIONAL INPUT PARAMETERS: 
    	offmax: STRING!!max offax angle of xmm objects to be included. If not 
		set all xmm objects are included 
	dmax:	max distance for a match to be accepted (& included in xoff...)
		if not set, default is 100". In arcsec 
	dmin:	min distance for a match (use to make different set of matches:
		r<5", 5
