NAME:
	ops
 PURPOSE:
       startx postscript output with various options
 CALLING SEQUENCE:
	ops,FILE=file,FORM=form,LANDSCAPE=landscape,ENCAP=encap,COLOR=color
 OPTIONAL INPUT PARAMETERS:
 	file: 	file name (default=idl.ps)
       form: 	page format:
                       0: top half (default)
                       1: full page
                       2: square in the middle of the page
			3: Like 2 but sligtly higher - space for legend
			4: square in middle of page, small
       landscape: use landscape mode
       encap: 	encapsulates postscript
       color: 	produce color plot
 OUTPUT: any subsequent plot graphic output will be stored
 into the postscript file.
