vircam_darkcor

Purpose:

Test recipe to drive the vircam_darkcor library function.

Description:

Test the library function vircam_darkcor by subtracting a dark frame from an input uncorrected frame.

Language:

Parameters:

• darkscl (float): The amount of scaling to be applied to the dark frame before the subtraction is done.
• ext (int): The image extension of the input files to be done on this run. If all of the extensions are to be processed, then this should be set to zero.

Input File Types:

The following list gives the file types that can appear in the SOF file. The word in bold is the DO category value.

• SCIENCE_IMAGE (required): A single raw image.
• MASTER_DARK (required): A master dark frame.

Output File Types:

The following lists the output data frames that are generated by this recipe. The word in bold gives the PRO CATG keyword value for each.

• SIMPLE_IMAGE_TEST: A dark corrected image.

Notes

None.

Fatal Error Conditions:

• Missing input image or dark frame.

Non-Fatal Error Conditions:

None.
