Note Local times may be wrong by one hour but all times

Lunar position is probably for midnight

General point:

During the QSO run the dark time is at the start of the night.

LST range 9-12hs. Therefore we need a QSO survey field for
the start of the night.

The observing strategy is to observe fields in the reddest
bands when the moon is up. Therefore we will start with the
V band on a 10hr field and when the moon rises, switch to
I or Z. 

Suggested fields are:

(i)  Lockman-1 region 1045 +5720(1950)
Deep ROSAT data exists, Deep ISO data will exist.
