Paper.ps           Postscript file of the full article (3 Mb).
                 

Paper_figshires.ps This is the same thing, but the largest figures
                   have been reproduced at full (and generally
                   unnecessary) resolution.
                   It is big! (30 Mbytes)

allfiles.tar.gz    Has everything


Feel free to use any of the figures, if you so wish, but
please quote the original authors, as indicated in the 
figure captions.
