NLTT 16993 / AC+66 2127: PM star is indeed AC+66 2127.  Plugged in 
measurements from the note.

LHS 2301: coordinates off by several degrees from the modern choice.
It's fairly clear the star observed is the one near Weis (1996)
reported position so used that 2MASS source.

LHS 3733: it's clear the star listed in note 60 is the correct one so
replaced photometry with that from the note.
